Q. Can I just hire you to fix an email block on a per incident basis?
A. Due to the amount of data that’s required for us to obtain, it’s not feasible to fix blocks on a per incident basis. EmailDelivered is built on a long term relationship with customers and dedicated to improving our customers’ long term reputation with the ISPs.
Q. Can you help us get our customer service/support emails delivered?
A. Generally, customers will see an improvement in email deliverability for customer support as well provided it is on the same server/IP address. Depending on how you handle customer support, we may be able to set up a separate account to monitor and manage deliverability.
Q. Do I need a dedicated server to use your system?
A. In many cases, our customers are able to use shared, or virtual servers, to host their emails. This depends on the size of your email list and the server resources necessary to run your campaigns/broadcasts. You must have a dedicated IP address to use our service.
Q. Do you have an affiliate program?
A. EmailDelivered does have an affiliate program for customers. Currently the program is closed to new affiliates. For joint venture promotions, or special promotions, contact at support@EmailDelivered.com.
Q. Do you offer phone support?
Currently, we do not offer technical support over the phone.
If you have sales questions, you can reach us at (512) 981-5413 or via our website at: www.emaildelivered.com/contact
. We respond to all calls and emails within 1-2 business days.
Q. Do you provide email metrics?
A. EmailDelivered is designed to assist you with establishing and maintaining your email deliverability reputation. Simply put - we help you get your emails delivered! The EmailDelivered service retrieves all of your email bounce messages, filters them, and organizes them accordingly. We then take action on any issues that may arise. Most email software can provide basic deliverability, open rate, and click through rate statistics as well as other types of reporting provided that you select a software package that has this capability.
Q. Does your service handle all of my companies and/or domains?
A. EmailDelivered can handle all of your companies and domains. You will need a separate account for each email software installation. Generally, our customers will have 1-2 email systems per “company” or “division”. However, we do offer discounts on multiple accounts.
Q. How big does my list need to be in order to use EmailDelivered?
A. This is a personal question that only you can answer based on your business, revenue, and ROI. Our customers start with lists as little as 5,000 subscribers and go up to hundreds of thousands. Because we work off of YOUR IP address and your server resources, we are able to accommodate all list sizes. Ultimately, it depends on whether or not your emails are getting through.
Q. How do I get started with your service?
A. . First things first, there are a few things that you’ll need in order to get started.
EmailDelivered is the first solution of it’s kind that truly puts you in the drivers seat of your email marketing initiatives. You’re not restricted by 3rd party requirements and rules. However, all EmailDelivered customers are required to adhere to CAN-SPAM requirements and follow email marketing best practices.
To get started, you need 3 things:
1. Dedicated Server Hosting. We recommend a dedicated server from LiquidWeb.com.
2. Self-Hosted Email Solution. Currently, the Email Delivered service is compatible with AutoresponsePlus and Interspire Email Marketer, and ListMailPRO.
3. Email Delivered Basic Account. Sign up for your account here - www.EmailDelivered.com.
That’s it! Once you have those pieces in place, we can start going to work for you! If you need help transferring your data, here’s the link to our partner company that will take care of all the data transfer on a pay per component basis.
Q. How do I know if my server will allow me to send bulk email?
A. Before you sign up with a hosting company, you’ll want to confirm that they do allow bulk email sending. Keep in mind that hosting companies do have different terms of service (TOS), and EmailDelivered strongly recommends calling the hosting company or at a minimum, reviewing their TOS on-line prior to making your decision. You’ll also want to verify their list building requirements as well, i.e., do they require double opt-in, etc…
