How EmailDelivered™ Works For You
First things first, there are a few things that you’ll need in order to get started.
EmailDelivered is the first solution of it’s kind that truly puts you in the drivers seat of your email marketing initiatives. You’re not restricted by 3rd party requirements and rules. However, all EmailDelivered customers are required to adhere to CAN-SPAM requirements and follow email marketing best practices.
Requirements
To get started, you need 3 things:
- Dedicated Server Hosting. We have several solutions we recommend for hosting depending on your needs (including cloud based solutions, dedicated servers, and hosting providers that allow multiple/rotating IPs)
- Self-Hosted Email Solution. Email Delivered service is compatible with most self hosted email clients. Currently, we have customers using: arpReach (we do not recommend arp3 due to security issues, Interpsire Email Marketer, Active Campaign, Evergreen Business Systems).
- EmailDelivered Monitoring Account. View Account Pricing.
That’s It! Once you have those pieces in place, we can start going to work for you! If you need help transferring your data, here’s the link to our partner company that will take care of all the data transfer on a pay per component basis.
Here’s How Email Delivered Works…
Once you’ve set up your account, you simply do what you’re already doing when it comes to sending email to your subscribers, customers, and prospects and we do the rest. Here’s the process:
- Once you set up your server and email solution, we simply tie in to the system on your server and take over from there…
- You just send your email messages as you normally would…
- When your email gets blocked – or rejected - from the recipient, it will send Email Delivered a notification…
- We send you a notification letting you know we’ve found a problem and are on the task of resolving the issue for you (and you don’t have to do a single thing!)…
- Our team then goes to work for you to resolve any email issues as quickly as possible…
We’ll even send you recommendations and tips along the way if we notice something that you could do to improve your email deliverability, open rate, conversion, etc.
